Rukavishnikov Manor is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance, an example of a well-preserved city merchant's estate of the last quarter of the nineteenth century. House-palace in the style of the Italian palazzo, built in 1877 by the order of the Nizhny Novgorod merchant-millionaire Sergei Mikhailovich Rukavishnikov.
Currently, the object of the show are the architectural features of the building and the aesthetic merits of its interiors, historical exhibitions and unique collections of cultural monuments from the museum reserve.
