Description

Sovok is a homemade noodle shop in Bolshaya Pokrovskaya street, a community of the Soviet past and Chinese noodles.

The main offer and the key idea of the project is about noodles served in a handmade pack, along with other foods from the childhood and youth years: compote, a choice of berry starch drink “kissel” and pastry. Everything is made on the spot in the show kitchen, all-natural foods. No powder, no microwave!

We work dough and stretch the noodles, make broth and cut vegetables and everything else to stir-fry in a wok.
