BaklaDjan is a soulful restaurant filled with the charming taste of Caucasian cuisine. The dishes cooked in BaklaDjan are of incomparable savour. Here they use over 100 herbs and spices the mere name of which evokes good appetite: tarragon and mint, basil and thyme, hot pepper and coriander, utsho-suneli and saffron.
The dishes are cooked of the freshest available products in genuine fired clay pottery, by following the traditions of the national cuisine and bringing into every dish the top of mind European accents.
